They want to RECIND $50B for Rural Hospitals without that Money many Hospitals will have to Close. Many of those Hospitals don't even except Medicaid because the Reinbersments they receive from the government don't even cover the cost of care. They are blaming Trump with the Shutdown Trump has ZERO say in what Congress does other than He can VETO a Bill and Lawmakers can make Changes but SENATE MAJORITY can override that"
