"My thoughts: Share dilution is the absolute death for shareholders. BTCTC rely heavily on capital raises and equity sales to accumulate more BTC. In the long term this is accretive BUT thats if at some point they stop dilution and just allow BTC to rise in price. Until they can generate a viable income stream I dont believe BTCTC should trade at a premium. $BNC ($BNB DAT) on the other hand is wildly different from a BTCTC. X. "I think when @AvalancheFDN sold $AVAX to $AVAT at a XX% discount it pretty much crushed the spirit of long term holders. They wrapped it in a DAT and presented it like institutions are IN.
