"@StudzMoneyOvaa Comcast bought the rights to the Dodgers about the same time Fox Sports bought the rights to other teams. Disney bought Fox and had to spin Fox Sports off. The offshoot filed bankruptcy and every Fox team lost their TV deals. Not the Dodgers. Comcast can't file bankruptcy"

"@StudzMoneyOvaa So competing teams get $25m a year from TV deals with MLB. The Dodgers get $300m a year from Comcast who loses just as much money if not more than Diamond did before their bankruptcy filing. This revenue disparity is the problem. It's why LA can sign all these guys others can't"

"@ColeyMick The 2024 Padres were tapped out having lost their TV deal during 2023. They needed to stay below the luxury tax and couldn't pay Snell what he was worth. The contract Snell got from the Dodgers is insane and any other team would be lambasted for wasting so much money"
