"From my perspective & this may be an unpopular opinion. if trading OR/IB it favors $NQ. There's solid data to support it & it's typically a quick trade in/out & on to the next. When trading level to level. whether that's VP GEX VWAP etc it favors $ES. $ES minds the levels better with less shakeouts & fake outs. I've actually come full circle on this as I only traded $ES when I started. I see some very successful traders watching $ES & using $ES levels while trading only $NQ. I get it. I'm still of the opinion that $ES leads. So when trading $NQ one eye should also be on $ES. Don't shoot the"
