"@JeffBezos @amazon Every time I order something its late. I pay for Prime I select NextDay and it still shows up late. Prime keeps getting more expensive while the service keeps getting worse. It feels like Amazons being run like a private equity firmcutting quality squeezing customers and ignoring service. Jeff please come back. The guy running it now doesnt care about customer service at all"
