"Maybe. I'd make the argument the dollars flowing into crypto would have normally flown to gold and that's reversing. I also think btc is now suffering from what gold has for decades. Paper derivatives and fake btc. I cautioned the cheerleading of ETF and institutional adoption. It can now be a plaything and as many btc can be created at will to push the price around. EVN has far higher margin than NST both due to lower costs copper by products and no hedging. $NST is about XX% hedged which takes shine off although on the latest conference call they indicated letting these hedges run down and not adding anymore"

"I used to hold $ard back in the last run. I haven't followed closely since then but beyond depressing it's been over a decade and still haven't got a mine off the ground. I also watched $svl a year or so ago before it ran into trouble with its mine plan approvals. Hard space to be in and hat tip to those that can navigate it effectively. "As Silver is breaking $50USD reflecting on my my very first bit of silver I bought in May of 2010. It was a 2010 Lunar Tiger kg. I paid just under $XXX for it or about $24.30/oz. I still have it. What is wild is that for a lot of the time since then I have kept a 10oz cast bar on my desk as a bit of a fidget piece right beside a XXX Trillion note from Zimbabwe. Silver Gold BTC is all the same understanding. The perils of Fiat money and the history of governments abusing that power and breaking promises. That 10oz is now worth about the same as that first kg. I don't know where this goes from"

"Added some $wds.ax exposure here today. They are making decent cashflow here at what I think is close to the low in oil prices. I primarily look at things from a fundamental and medium/long term view not technical but I do think the charts look constructive here. Paying a X% FF div doesn't hurt either. Looks like some a XX% and old down trend retest of move up from $XXXXX to $XXXXX. If I start to see it stabilise a bit more around here I'll add some progressively over coming weeks/months"
