"Some of the stuff we been doing: - Focusing on return on effort. We still source lower roi items but only if the effort to buy pack and ship compared to velocity makes it worth our time - Careful and mindful prep and shipping to reduce returns - Passing on items we would have purchased in the past that are meh roi - Holding certain products to time the market better - Raising our minimums (hint: amz WILL give you the buybox at a higher price if you know how and why)"
