"The more I sit and reflect on what happened on Friday. The more I realize that meme coins were some of the purest things that we had in this space. They were like the glue that held things together. 1) They were the spark that lit the fuse on the last alt season (doge shib.) then nfts then defi summer. They brought retail back in 2020 and even a little in 2024. 2) Theyre werent businesses with fake insane multi billion dollar valuations based on nothing. 3) No promises of revenue. 4) Someone deploys it but it doesnt make them a founder. Instead it creates community which fostered more normie"
