"That is true good point. I just kind of feel that the paths of the two groups (discontinue GLP-1 with or without) are so drastically divergent and repeatable that good outcomes are still informative. Like take a drug open label - did you have a psychedelic trip If yes it was for sure a psychedelic. That's a bit of a squishy to say but I think it's more likely true than not"
