"The Safety decision is @AVFCOfficials to solve or theyre acting against the law. Senior figures at Villa need to press the police/safety committee harder or #AVFC are in breach of the law. Equality Act 2010 prohibits discrimination by a service provider because of nationality. Where the discrimination is direct there is no defence of justification - if the service provider (#AVFC) cannot provide the service (the match) without discrimination it should not provide the service at all.
