"$UBER Uber Quick thoughts: We just saw the Saudi PIF partake in the $EA Electronic Arts buyout why wouldnt the PIF do the same for another large investment of theirs $LCID Lucid Motors has found itself on the edge of bankruptcy with the Saudi PIF being majority shareholders in the company (65% of shares outstanding). Keep in mind the PIF also owns billions of $UBER and has secured a board seat. We saw Uber invest $300M into Lucid equating to roughly 4-5% Uber ownership of Lucid. In terms of a Lucid buyout the Saudis hold the power. To put it in perspective: a large and profitable investment"
