"On July X 2024 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (6-3) in Trump v. United States that: A former president is immune from criminal prosecution for official acts carried out WHILE in office but not for unofficial (private) acts. Based on this ruling; Obama would still be under indictment since the incident did not occur during his presidency"
