"i got on a call with $EVAN team then we worked about two weeks. I think pay was almost $2k per week. but they had problems with our team because of X shadowbans etc. and we lost our contract after the second week. Of course i couldn't ignore this cuz it really did hurt. did some research around X shadowbans and suspensions and created a full course and orientation for our agents to get better and manage x accounts properly. This has helped us sustain more jobs along the way etc and avoid the shadowban problems. It's continuous evolving that matters to me"
