Thats up to corporations to fix and bring cost down Run lean and mean I have made significant cost reductions for my family by buying bulk chuck roast cutting into steaks and also ground beef. I have a family of X and this is X days worth of beef. I buy X whole chickens at Costco and debone and I make a yummy bone broth by simmering carcus for X hours. I center all my meals around these proteins since I also try to keep it high protein since I have diabetes. I"
