Still needs to be lower than 5x though giving clubs a 550m pa budget for wages is mental. make it 4x that caps wages at what the highest club currently pay out (City 413m pa) So the big clubs cant increase wages they would have to sell to buy. Then this gives other clubs a chance to catch up who dont have to sell to buy. Then transfers would become way more important clubs like Utd and Chelsea cant take their scatter gun approach to signings anymore and hope for the best"
