AI models generate responses based on patterns in what they are trained on. If harmful methods arent in the data the model cannot produce them. If training focuses on productive applications while omitting destructive ones the risk is reduced at the source. Some suggest filtering responses or restricting access but these act after the fact. A model that has learned harmful strategies retains that knowledge"
