"Definitely onto something. This address started doing transactions in VELO/USDV two days ago. I'd say is very relevant. Account also holds a lot of VELO. Can't say exactly what these transactions are related to but things seem to be in motion. I did go check one transaction involving VELO it was done by an address that started operating about nine days ago.
