"I like how delusional Albertans are about Alberta. The tar sands doesn't employ lots of Canadians. Even just in Alberta the provincial health service employs more people than all of oil and gas combined. And then the industry is highly cyclical. When I lived there no jobs were available half of Calgary was being sold off and property owners were paying people to rent their apartments"
