"Interesting framing here. This looks as if Palace have dragged Forest and OL into the case formally as second and third respondents alongside UEFA. If so it seems to complicate matters and gives NF and OL the opportunity to make submissions that could potentially undermine CPs case. Surprising legal move. Other option would simply have gone for annulment of the CFCB decision and left it open for CAS to decide whose place they took (Forests in all likelihood). Perhaps explains the longer timetable than Drogheda and DAK cases"
