Gas fee is PGA (no longer ELA) gas fees are split 50/50 between Council and NBW. Migration from ECO to PGA Chain starts. - From month 2: PGA chain upgrades to latest tech migration ends buyback mechanism added gas fees change. NBW is out and no longer gets rewarded.
