"Move to a retirement community that focuses on gofl sports etc. I live in a golf resort that is basically a retirement community. We have X courses X pools tennis courts pickleball miles and miles of hiking trails XX lakes we can fish concerts etc. We own 15K acres in the mountains with 8K residents. We fund everything ourselves. The only help we get from any gov is they maintain X county roads within our land and we get a $2K fed grant to help keep our library open. It's a nice place. Homes from $300K-$2 mil"

"My home is on a lot size of .8 acres. I also purchased the X vacant lots next to me when I purchased the home. I have almost X acres though not bordering the lake I do have nice Lakeview's on both sides of my home "down over the hill". This is from my hot tub at night in the winter when the leaves are off the trees. That's lake homes down there. Those homes down there go for $XXX - $X mil. Mine is $900K or so"

"Most will go to a local qualifier and go up against 100-120 other golfers for X days and if they win they get to go to "sectionals" or a "regional" qualifier then to the Monday qualifier. That's tournament wins across all other golfers across the country to get there.one of those wins comes from perhaps March one in July then perhaps Sept"
