"Look at the charts. The stock market follows cycles of bullish and bearish activity. $WFF was shorted below its regular trading price and has consolidated since that point I expect WFF will do exactly like $RUN did and reclaim prior trading levels. the additional targets are indicative of extended bullish volume in the event of a short squeeze. It is fairly common for stocks to reclaim a new higher average trading level after a recessed trading range (look at trading history before and after any historic recession).
