"So when a company buys a studio like Krafton did with the Subnautica devs it is not uncommon to have a up front price plus additional cash/stock if the company delivers in the near term. Many games can be played with that and when big money is at stake things are no holds barred. This should not be confused with profit sharing which is when a studio sets aside 10-20% of after cost profits to share with the team (a very good practice). This 250M is too big for that and likely was a bonus tied to the original buyout agreement"

Attacker calls my phone ID is spoofed as Twitter inc. (first tipoff not X). American fluent accent. Attacker says check email about an issue email is there and spoofed as support@twitter.com (second tipoff). Attacker asks me to confirm reference code in email claims it is wrong and speaks to supervisor Supervisor says I have to manually verify with (of course) personal info.
