"Just finished reading it and I think it shows how being smart at baseball and baseball tactics is only 20-30% of the job . Knowing how to manage/handle people is a majority of the job and as seen by Shildts retirement if you dont do the latter well then that puts a lot more stress on your body. I think Katies article last week on Oli shows how he does the latter pretty well (especially for a young manager) and thats one of the main reasons Im pro Oli"
