"This speaks to me. I walked my dog this evening on a sidewalk that other dog owners walk & had to detour. It was right at the entrance to an apartment complex. Someone threw & shattered multiple clear glass bottles there knowing its a high car & dog traffic area. I could have left it having successfully walked around it. I went back with a broom & dustpan & flagged off two dog walkers & five cars while i cleaned it up in the 100* F heat. Happened two hours ago.
