Let me help you read in-between the lines: 1) Like MSTR they will likely target multiple different pools of the fixed income market in Japan. 2) They have consistently talked about a X% yield product. At a rather conservative XX% CAGR for Bitcoin that is equivalent to a XXXX NAV. 3) I imagine a highly valuable preferred would be one that competes with Japanese money markets (which is currently averaging about 0.5%).
