"Not particularly enlightening to be honest. They answered the PP came together quite quickly and noted my interest in future participation. As for the pricing they suggested its best to raise that question during the next earnings call (likely late Aug or early Sep). IMO they probably needed quick cash to close a deal hopefully we get more clarity or updates soon"
