"Dear Marj I agree that H-1B visas allow foreign skilled workers to replace American labor. However low-skill sectors like farming construction landscaping hotel cleaning and restaurants struggle to attract American workers. Filling these jobs with American labor will take time if ever so controlled visas are necessary meanwhile"
