I was able to pass the gallstone thankfully. So I dont need surgery. Im far from my home right now traveling. "Well this morning I ordered Romeo the rooster X 16-20 week old hens for a harem all of his own. Its going to be interesting having X bigger hens mailed but unfortunately no one has any available hens in my area so desperate times call for desperate measures. I bought an assortment of blue egg layers to add some more colors to my eggs for the farm stand. "Checked my cameras this morning. The Blink cameras have thermometers in them. I purposely keep smaller coops to keep the chickens warmer in the winter by having them all in a smaller area so their body heat will collect better in a smaller area. I have not winterized my coops yet. My outdoor camera this morning says its XX degrees. My main coop is made to hold up to XX birds and it currently holds XX birds. This morning it is registering at XX degrees with all the chickens roosting. Im glad to see that its so much warmer than the outdoor temps (14 degrees difference). This year we are going"
