I learned how to from Grant Kemp who had Scott Horne as one of his original mentors. He was fantastic to learn from and I bought X more while learning from him. I joint Subto in Nov of 2020. I bought my next XX subto properties. The community was the best. I have some lifelong partners and people I respect greatly in that group.
