"Operationally they have been spotless. Even when they ended the hut8 msa and replaced their curtailment software they had X downtime. The only issues were not increasing shareholder representation when Hut msa was terminated & interim ceo left overlooking bylaws vs delaware rules which allowed them to be raided by Cagney miscommunication between board-executives-auditors when the audit would be finished & not using a btc loan to upgrade parts of their fleets. All of this would maybe give them an extra 20M"
