"$DGXX TOTAL SPECULATION - BUT INTERESTING THEORY Developing in my own mind: Today a 6-K was filed with the SEC setting an Annual and Special Meeting of Security Holders for December XX 2025. As you know $DGXX previously entered into a Partnership with $SMCI - I haven't explored the extent of that partnership but DGXX needs someone with deep pockets to provide GPUS for their datacenter transformation. $SMCI has recently announced their intention to develop a one-stop-shop division to to develop and build complete data centers for customers - called the Data Center Building Block Solutions"

"DGXX should release its proxy sometime between Nov X and Nov XX. I don't think SMCI is buying here - but my main thesis has changed to some JV to develop the Carolina site. Alternatively maybe some changing of the capital structure to raise convertible debt for the buildout"

"Market didnt like this news for some reason. Could be the $30m cash that appeared on the balance sheet without any explanation as to where it came from. 🙄 Its obviously from ATM share sales (estimated X million) and requires you to file something more substantive. This is quantitatively material. My guess is the filing will hit Friday after market close. We had so much momentum yesterday and you just stole that from us. You use Citadels Friday 13g to pump the stock Monday to sell shares for $4-$5 Thanks for the XX% dilution"

"When people move money out of treasuries (their money market funds) and into equities which have a fixed share issuance the demand for equities increases as the supply shrinks and if the demand outstrips the supply price goes up. The way I understood your X points is that the money never leaves the system. Which is irrelevant to the point that price goes up"
