Those institutional players always have inside info we don't. Either this whale has direct connections to policy makers or they're running some serious on-chain analytics that spotted something we're missing. I'm watching this position closely. When whales make moves this size it's rarely random. Could be pricing in Fed decisions regulatory FUD or some major liquidation cascade"
