"if you think Dow Inc. is now cheap as it will trade around book value at the open (18 bn. equity and market cap each) keep in mind: - X bn. USD goodwill tangible BV closer to XX bn. USD - XX bn. USD in net debt I know cost cutting measures asset sales plant closures etc. but this is still not rock-bottom. especially if you consider the outlook"
