"1/ There are no OCC regulations for stablecoins. 2a/ Is AUSD 'regulated' then because an OCC bank (State Street) custodies and administers their reserves 2b/ Anchorage holds a National Bank License with the OCC what exactly do you mean when you say "crypto bank" This term doesn't exist. It's just a marketing term. As a consumer or partnered-business I would probably actually lean towards non-crypto bank because it wouldn't be subject to industry concentration (see: Silicon Valley Bank)"
