"NFPs can sell bonds but they can't float public equity. SEC only allows for profit entities to go public from an equity perspective. But public debt offerings are generally much smaller than equity offerings since they are tied to specific projects so Open Ai would likely not be interested in it and not need it. So under current SEC rules Open AI would need to change to a for profit model to go public in the US. "Great gauntlet Spencer I went to IAH last night to pickup my wife so didn't do a gauntlet at IAH yet but did go to cell phone lot and Terminal D. It did really well except for after I picked up my wife at Terminal D and programmed FSD to go home it was about to go into the Terminal parking garage so I did a non-critical disengagement to keep it out of the garage and go straight to the airport exit. I was like "NOW you want to go to a garage" 😂"

"Definitely doing that tonight. My plan is to go around neighborhood here in Porter/Kingwood first and check out parking etc. Then go on the highway and take it downtown on Max Max. Then maybe do some stuff downtown. Any thoughts Obviously tomorrow I can do more in the daylight but figured I might as well take it for a good spin tonight"

"Just got back from doing around XX miles and nearly X hours of FSD v14.1.3 all over Houston. I will get videos downloaded as well as write down some things soon here on X. But it is phenomenal Absolutely outstanding I mentioned at the beginning of my video when I first got into the Tesla and walked through the release notes that I dont want to use it for Uber for about 2-3 days until I get a good feel for it. I need to rephrase it now: I dont want to use v14.3.1 for Uber for about 2-3 days so I can enjoy Mad Max as much as possible 😂"

"Ive tried parking garages in downtown Houston X times and failed on getting into each of the garages each time. I checked the arrival setting on the UI to make sure it was set to parking garage and park and not curbside but it parallel parked along the curb in front of the garage each time. Not sure if this is a downtown Houston garage thing or something Im missing in the arrival settings. The next time I try a garage I will try one outside of downtown and see if its different"
