"Decided to write my thoughts on Wendy's management turnover which was totally unnecessary. A year and a half ago the company opted to replace a CEO who had just two negative same-store sales quarters out of the XX with a guy from outside the industry. Then that guy left XX months later. And now Wendy's is on its third CEO in XX months. It's a bunch of upheaval that the brand its employees and its franchisees do not deserve"
