"Collator #1 total stake is 1.084k XX% apy Collator #20 total stake is 905k XX% apy You stake 200k with #20. It instantly becomes #1 with 1.105k and apy slightly lower than 15k. The bigger the bag the bigger the dent. On chain you can see a bit how many EWT is leaving a collator but you dont know what other intentions are where they put it back in. If multiple holders do this strategy (staking at #20 at last moment) then I think well see some interesting results in the last minutes of era 27"
