"Which punishes their children or whoever might inherit the house. If the kids sell then theyre paying capital gains taxes plus back property taxes The government is taking way more than I believe should. They take far too much from us in all aspects here in California. Far too much seems be wasted on things that dont benefit us or are just straight up money laundering schemes"
