"Well all that know about it (non-surprisingly not in most mainstream media or hidden) in even say Poland believe it was done by Ukraine. Just like people believed Nord Stream was (and then we found out it indeed was). Where people differ is how they see Ukrainian sabotage tactics like this. In the case of NS most in Europe saw it as legitimate UA tactics targeting RU assets. Im not sure it will be the same here as RU doesnt really lose much economy wise. And HU is (weather you like the government or not) not part of the war and thus not a legitimate target"

"Per online statements by politicians and users and gestures some meaningful some PR probably: Poland Lithuania Czechia Latvia Finland Estonia maybe also UK (now was very Russia loving not long ago). Maybe also some Scandinavian and Benelux countries also. Per real actions having real consequences for Russia and Russians on the ground Id say Lithuania Latvia and Estonia. And Denmark - largest portion of GDP to help Ukraine militarily. Some places like Finland Poland and Czechia love their PR (like not admitting Russians through external EU/Schengen border not issuing visas) but allow Russians"
