"@CommissionerQQQ @kafning @wuwaguy The part about being gone I'm not sure but when she's on field yes she'll have ATK + Skill DMG. Buling is made so she can buff the main DPS while also allowing the sub to buff as well which was a pretty intelligent move from them"
