"FUD is totally clouding your foresight here. Those 350M shares being issued will be over X years and shouldnt be factored into shares outstanding. Only $1M can be issued daily and any more can only be done at request of Chardan. Further this is ONLY $500M in proceeds max. Youre assuming all 350M shares will be issued at $X which is absolutely ridiculous. This is clearly to pay for the GPU/server financing not a general cash raise. The market wont factor the float to 350M shares. They wont factor the 1M shares outstanding starting Monday either. My current PT is about $XX post split depending"

"There is a X year financing agreement where sonm/qai can sell shares to a third party who will subsequently resell them as they see fit. qai can only sell 350M shares or $500M worth of shares maximum. Lazaarian is assuming the literal absolute worst case scenario for this agreement. 350M shares will not be sold before the $500M is met"
