"@joeriwestland High in the sense of only X customers Pemex has currently some very deep running issues. $PBRA had them in the past looking very stable now. PLSV has quite a lot of debt. Its not too high (have a large position bought more yday) but w/o new JU contracts it lacks catalyst"

Recently Pemex (which is effectively the state) got the structures in place to get back on track given market and geopolitical climate Mexico will not abandon domestic production which means new contracts as well"
