"We overallocated the whitelist. Thats on us. In the community phase around XX% of wallets actually minted. Not 100%. So overallocating there was the right call. We applied the same logic to the whitelist expecting even lower participation since many werent core community members. Based on projections and benchmarks from other top projects we genuinely thought we would reach the FCFS stage. But demand was far higher than anyone anticipated as shown by the D1 volume and FCFS never opened. If you were not able to mint during the whitelist stage I feel your pain. This was a strong mint and I am"
