Whether you trade spot or perps having some hedged exposure is essential. The classic way is to buy a cheap OTM put for example: You hold X BTC at 120k buy a year-end 100k put for 1k. Your max loss = 20k downside + 1k option cost. no matter what happens thats it 21k total. But with prediction markets like Limitless youve now got another way to hedge: Buy the No side of Will BTC be above 100k by year-end Essentially the same concept but simpler."
