"4/7 Why does Twist fail to disclose the name of the related party given that the revenues were X% of total in the most recent June quarter and have grown in each of the last three quarters: XXX% of total in Dec '23 XXX% Mar '24 X% Jun '24 We suspect the related party is an opaque Chinese entity called Ever Alpha L.P. which we profiled in our short report; and/or GRAIL whose CEO sits on Twist's board. If the related party is Grail the trend is highly vulnerable given Grails troubles since its recent forced spin-off from Illumina. It now sports only a $500MM market cap with ($800MM) of EBIT"

"5/7 If the related party is Ever Alpha our short report detailed highly troubling transactions between this entity and Twist. It is an opaque Cayman-domiciled Chinese entity affiliated with GF Securities which was associated with one of the largest frauds in Chinese history which resulted in prison sentences and regulatory sanctions. Shockingly Twist still appears to have a 36-year old representative of this entity on its Board named Xiaoying Mai per its recent Feb '24 proxy. This Board member appears to be a puppet with no obvious qualifications for such a role much less to serve on Twist's"

"Lasertec $6920 (Tokyo) latest quarter is quite the crash and burn. Consistent with a fraud in the final throes. It's down substantially since our report but still $14B market cap vs. $100-200MM prior to becoming a story stock. Look out below.
