"$HIMS / $NVO LAWSUIT RISK IS ALL NOISE Why would $NVO risk so much for so little potential gain A lawsuit should be a last resort - it can swing in either direction. $NVO is a $233B company $HIMS is a $10B company Wegovy sales are up 20000% in X years. Over $7B in revenue in the past XX months alone. Even if there's a VERY small chance that $HIMS wins the lawsuit and $NVO's cash cow takes a blow it would be financially disastrous to even think to invite that possibility.
