"Unpopular opinion: @yugalabs needs to get rid of remote work find a place and set up a war location where they can brainstorm together and execute. Remote work doesn't really work especially in a challenging young dynamic environment. I also think that you have to grab some employees by the balls so that they really get down to work and don't do things half-heartedly. Garga gave me some answers that I completely understand but he is the only founder left who actually does shit.
