"@CapstackCapital @Citrini7 Yea I agree with much of what you said. I dont see why this cant trade at a similar multiple to EBITDA as say $APG. Massive engineering firm with complimentary tic arm exposed to industries with tailwinds. Great management and potential margin expansion"

So Asseco Topicus Lumine Constellation are all obviously quality software companies but there is something interesting happening between them. Asseco Poland is in the ERP + custom enterprise software camp which from what I understand is less defensible due to lower code complexity broader enterprise functionality and lower customization which implies it could be easier for Ai to build similar systems. The other three names are vertical market software providers which have a higher degree of complexity regulatory"
