"@Peter96355998 @LAChas77 It's a mixed bag. In the Civil War it was part of the confederacy "Indian Territory". But the North also had a Home Guard there. They weren't a state until 1907. Sort of similar to Texas which was a confederate state but culturally is a mixed bag of southwestern and south"
